Budding pastry chefs enjoyed working with Buffy Vance yesterday
afternoon, as Buffy shared sugar art techniques with buttercream frosting
and fondant. Buffy has studied in France and teaches classes through her business
Madeline's Cake Decorating Classes in downtown Urbana. Here are some highlights of the afternoon:
